In 1992 Police in New Jersey were baffled by several murders that had taken place in the City. All the victims were associated with various drug trafficking. After the third victim was found dead in a park, the killer had headlined several mainstream newspapers and was now dubbed, ‘The Quays Vigilante’. At the same time Eddie Lane was involved in solving several cases of his own. He is contacted by Professor Dennis Moorcroft an acquaintance who had helped him out on a previous case.
